EPC
What is an EPC and When Do You Need One?

An Energy Performance Certificate provides a property with an energy efficiency rating from A (most efficient) to G (least efficient) and is valid for 10 years. The EPC contains information on a property's energy use, typical energy costs and recommendations on energy-saving measures.

EPCs are a legal requirement whenever a property is built, sold or rented.
